eLearning Courses:

Payments made towards eLearning courses are refundable provided if a refund request is made within 14 days of purchasing the course.

To refund please write a email within 14 days with your order details. Quote the order ID, Ordered in name of person, email and contact number used for purchase. Ordered Product, Amount and the Bank details to pay refund.

Workshops:

There is no refund once the workshop date expires. 

If you have missed to attend the workshop then you will be notified for future workshop that will be conducted.

If you have paid and also attended the workshop then there will be no refund.

Books:

There is eligibility for refund for Hard copy of books ordered from website, provided the shipped book copy has to return back to us and the shipping charges made will be deducted from the received money.

To refund please write a email within 7 days with your order details. Quote the order ID, Ordered in name of person, email and contact number used for purchase. Ordered Product, Amount and the Bank details to pay refund.

Software products: 

Any downloadable software product that is purchased from the website are not eligible for refund.

Services:

Payments made towards services are not refundable once the provision of service is initiated and regardless of  its state, In progress, partially completed or fully completed.

If in case the service is not started yet, to refund please write a email within 3 days with your order details. Quote the order ID, Ordered in name of person, email and contact number used for purchase. Ordered service, Amount and the Bank details to pay refund. 

For any of the product or service, under refund scenario, payment gateway charges will not be refunded.
